PACE® is our patented PCR genotyping chemistry designed for allele-specific PCR genotyping. It offers excellent performance and value and is compatible with PACE®, KASP™, and Amplifluor® assays; it also supports Multiplex PCR genotyping.
Unlike probe-based systems like TaqMan™, PACE combines unlabelled assay primers with a universal fluorescent reporting cassette in the PACE Genotyping Master to streamline reactions and reduce costs. PACE master mixes are supplied at 2x concentration and available with High, Low, Standard, or No ROX dye options.
