HyperArrayer
High-Throughput Multifunctional Liquid Handling Platform
The HyperArrayer is a fully automated liquid handling platform designed for ultra-high-throughput genotyping workflows. It integrates DNA dispensing, DNA drying, reagent dispensing, ultrasonic tip cleaning, and automated heat sealing into a single, streamlined system.
Using nanolitre-precision dispensing technology, the HyperArrayer accurately delivers DNA samples and reagents into high-precision microplates before automatically sealing them. An optional sample-drying module further reduces reagent consumption while minimising PCR inhibition caused by sample contaminants. By fully automating plate preparation, the HyperArrayer dramatically reduces manual handling and ensures exceptional accuracy, consistency, and reproducibility.
The system is optimised for 384-well plate formats and enables true walk-away processing of up to 400 × 384-well plates within 8 hours when operating as part of the integrated HyperGeno™ workflow.

HyperCycler
High-Throughput Water Bath PCR Thermal Cycler
The HyperCycler is an automated, ultra-high-throughput water bath PCR thermal cycler engineered for large-scale PCR detection laboratories. A single run can simultaneously amplify up to 40 × 384-well PCR plates, dramatically increasing laboratory throughput.
The system features a flexible water bath basket, allowing users to load variable plate numbers depending on experimental requirements. With precise temperature control, excellent thermal uniformity, and high energy efficiency, the HyperCycler is ideally suited for continuous, large-volume PCR amplification.

HyperScanner
Automated High-Throughput Fluorescence Scanner
The HyperScanner 4200 is a high-performance fluorescence microplate scanning system designed for miniaturised PCR volume detection applications requiring high sensitivity and accuracy. The system automates plate loading, barcode reading, and fluorescence detection to ensure fast, reliable, and reproducible data acquisition.
The HyperScanner 4200A configuration includes an automated stacker system, enabling fully unattended operation with continuous processing of up to 80 PCR plates per run, making it ideal for ultra-high-throughput genotyping laboratories.

HyperMaster
Data Management and Analysis Software
HyperMaster is an advanced data management and analysis software platform developed specifically for ultra-high-throughput genotyping laboratories. It supports collaboration for up to 20 simultaneous users, with flexible permission management and powerful data processing capabilities.
The software provides integrated management of samples, molecular markers, reagents, and experimental protocols, alongside rapid raw data acquisition and automated cluster analysis. Robust export functionality enables direct output to Excel and easy report generation, including cluster plots, CSV files, scatter plots, and SNPviewer structure data.
