Streamline your laboratory workflows with the GeneArrayer — a compact, high-throughput liquid handling system designed for accurate DNA sample preparation, assay miniaturisation, and reproducible results across 96- and 384-well formats.
The GeneArrayer automated liquid handling platform is engineered to streamline sample preparation and replication with outstanding speed, accuracy, and efficiency. This advanced system combines robotic pipetting with precision dispensing to process DNA samples and reagents into 96-well and 384-well PCR plates, handling reaction volumes as low as 2 μL. This makes the GeneArrayer ideal for assay miniaturisation strategies, allowing laboratories to scale down reaction volumes without compromising precision or reproducibility.
Unlike conventional setups, the GeneArrayer integrates automated dispensing, aliquoting, washing, and sealing in one compact system, reducing reagent consumption, plastic waste, and operator error. Equipped with a 96-tip transfer head, an integrated barcode scanner, and a high-speed sealer, it delivers throughputs of up to 4,600 datapoints per hour. This makes the GeneArrayer an ideal platform for high-throughput PCR setup, enabling consistent reaction preparation for large-scale genotyping and screening projects.
As one of the most reliable automated liquid handling instruments available, the GeneArrayer ensures reproducible results while lowering consumable costs. Its on-deck ultrasonic tip washing technology further enhances efficiency by minimizing disposable tip usage.
Still preparing PCR reactions manually? Upgrade to an automated liquid handling platform that delivers precise, low-volume dispensing and high-throughput performance. The GeneArrayer reduces hands-on time, minimizes variability, and ensures reproducible results—helping your lab scale efficiently without compromising data quality.
