PACE Genotyping Master Mix PACE (PCR Allele Competitive Extension) Genotyping Master Mix is a universal master mix designed for use with allele-specific assays (e.g. KASP™, Amplifluor®, etc…). 3CR Bioscience also provides a free assay design service for use with the Master Mix, with the intention that customers can save money by purchasing their own oligos. PACE Genotyping Master Mix is supplied at 2x concentration for convenience and is supplied with the ROX normalising dye at either high level (500nM working concentration), low level (25nM working concentration) or with standard ROX (150nM working concentration). Why use PACE Genotyping Master Mix? The benefits of PACE Genotyping Master Mix over other mixes (such as KASP™, Amplifluor®, etc…) are improved reduction in non-specific amplification, only one master mix, independent of reaction volumes, and very significantly lower cost.
PACE 2.0 Genotyping Master Mix PACE 2.0 Genotyping Master Mix is a version of PACE Genotyping Master Mix, formulated to neutralise the effect of PCR inhibitors in crude DNA extractions, increase performance with increase signal:noise and enables users to follow reactions in real time. PACE 2.0 Genotyping Master Mix is supplied at 2x concentration for convenience and is supplied with the ROX normalising dye at either high level (500nM working concentration), low level (25nM working concentration), standard ROX (150nM working concentration) or without ROX. Why use PACE 2.0 Genotyping Master Mix? The standard PACE product will function well with purified DNA samples, as well as most crude DNA extractions, whereas PACE 2.0 is designed specifically for use where high residual levels of inhibitors in the DNA samples are adversely affecting the PCR. The increased signal:noise effectively shows as tighter grouping on genotyping plots making it easier to score data and finally the ability to follow the reaction in real time without the need to purchase expensive additional specific probes.
PACE Multiplex Master Mix PACE Multiplex Master Mix is an enhanced version of PACE Master Mix, formulated to enable users to analyse up to four targets in one reaction well: PACE Multiplex Master Mix is supplied at 2x concentration for convenience and is supplied with the ROX normalising dye at either high level (500nM working concentration), low level (25nM working concentration), standard ROX (150nM working concentration) or without ROX. The reporting dyes include FAM, HEX, ATTO 550 and ATTO 647N. Why use PACE Multiplex Master Mix? The master mix has an inhibitor resistant formulation to facilitate amplification with samples containing high level of PCR inhibitors. By running multiple tests in a single well, you can half the cost of plastics, significantly reduce labour time and increase throughput.
PACE Assays Why use PACE assays?
PACE assays work in the same way as KASP™ assays (same tail sequences), and existing KASP™ assays are compatible with PACE Genotyping Master Mix. Rather than charge customers for the supply of the assay, we provide the oligo sequences for customers to purchase themselves.
ProbeSure Master Mix ProbeSure Mix is designed for use with 5’ nuclease assays and is suitable for use with TaqMan™, BHQ®, BHQplus®, Zen™ probes. ProbeSure™ Master Mix is supplied at 2x concentration for convenience and is supplied with the ROX normalising dye at either high level (500nM final concentration), low level (25nM final concentration) or without ROX. Why use ProbeSure Master Mix?
ProbeSure Master Mix has been carefully optimised to work over a wide dynamic range of reaction volumes and sample template qualities. ProbeSure™ Master Mix combines class-leading performance with the most competitive prices in the market.
ProbeSure Multiplex Master Mix ProbeSure Multiplex Master Mix is an enhanced version of ProbeSure Master Mix (designed for use with 5’ nuclease assays and is suitable for use with TaqMan™, BHQ®, BHQplus®, Zen™ probes), formulated to enable users to analyse up to four targets in one reaction well: ProbeSure Multiplex Master Mix is supplied at 2x concentration for convenience and is supplied with ATTO 633 normalising dye at either high level (500nM working concentration), low level (25nM working concentration) or without ATTO 633. Why use ProbeSure Multiplex Master Mix? The master mix has an inhibitor resistant formulation to facilitate amplification with samples containing high level of PCR inhibitors. By running multiple tests in a single well, you can half the cost of plastics, significantly reduce labour time and increase throughput.
